Upon the completion with our on-boarding specialist, we begin to build out and strategize on all aspects of the store. This includes the number of listings needed in the store daily, analyzing the best products to start out the store, all the way down to obtaining the best results going forward.

All product analysis are conducted by our team that specializes in product research. We research the product based on the ranking compared to the supplier price to determine the market value and what will yield the best results along with the likeliness of that specific product to sell.
We manage the inventory and verify continuously with the suppliers to make sure the items quantity is correct and that the product is in stock. Sometimes the item can be out of stock with the supplier and if so, we deactivate that particular listing or set the quantity to 0.
Product price adjustments is very important with all businesses to make sure that the product are being repriced competitively against other sellers. Our team adjust prices daily manually and automatically with our software.
Our internal customer service team handles all questions by customers in reference to delivery status, return status, product questions, etc. So there is no need for the client to answer any customers questions as our team handles that specifically.
Commercial delivery
All orders must be processed with 48-72 hours of the customers purchase. The team will complete all orders with the supplier within the allotted window. In some cases orders that are on backorder or out of stock may be delayed, but follow ups are sent to all customers if they experience delays.
All orders must be tracked efficiently to make sure customers that are purchasing from the respective store are receiving orders or time. The team monitors the supplier order along with confirming shipments with tracking id so that we can ensure that there is never a late shipped product.
In some cases, as any business there will be returns. The customer will submit a return request via the dashboard on Amazon and from there, our team will get the return label from the supplier, upload it within the return request along with the RMA for the return to be tracked.
All stores will receive customer feedback over time wether positive or negative feedback from customers. The team takes the necessary steps to make sure that all customers are satisfied and all feedback is addressed accordingly.
Amazon has performance metrics that all sellers must meet in order to sell on their platform. There are requirements such as Order defect Rate, Tracking Rate, Pre-fulfillment Cancellation, Late Shipment Rate that the team is responsible for managing. With our service we manage all of the expectations handed down by Amazon.
